Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. About These Terms

These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xposure Print & Signage website and its content.

Xposure Print & Signage t/as Xposure Marketing (“Xposure”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides printing, signage and related marketing services, including business stationery, banners and flags, large-format printing, window graphics, signage, site signage and car park signage.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms govern website use. Individual projects, quotations, orders, printing, manufacturing, delivery and installation services may also be subject to separate quotations, order confirmations, written agreements or other agreed terms.

Where a separate agreement applies to a project, that agreement will prevail over these website Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

- Use the website in a way that breaches applicable laws.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems.

- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.

- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.

- Use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

- Submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content through our website.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, users or systems, or to comply with legal obligations.

3. Website Information and Images

We endeavour to keep our website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, images, examples, specifications and other content are provided for general information purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Images and mock-ups may be illustrative. The appearance of a product may differ from an image displayed on a screen due to production processes, materials, finishes, lighting and display settings.

Product availability, specifications, pricing and timeframes may change.

A website description or image does not replace the specifications agreed in a quotation or order confirmation.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading or deceptive conduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Enquiries and Quotations

You may contact us through our website to request information, a quotation or a proposal.

Any information you provide should be accurate and sufficiently detailed to enable us to assess your requirements.

Quotations may specify:

- Products and services included.

- Quantities, dimensions and materials.

- Printing methods, finishes and artwork requirements.

- Design, production and installation requirements.

- Delivery arrangements and estimated timeframes.

- Prices, GST, deposits and payment terms.

- Any exclusions, assumptions or special conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the website are indicative and are not binding quotations.

A quotation is subject to the validity period and conditions specified in it. If no validity period is specified, pricing and availability may need to be reconfirmed before an order is accepted.

A quotation does not constitute an accepted order unless we confirm acceptance in writing or otherwise expressly agree to proceed.

We may decline a proposed order where reasonably necessary, including where we cannot supply the requested product or service, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders and Project Changes

Once an order has been accepted, the agreed quotation, order confirmation and any applicable separate agreement will govern the project.

You must provide accurate instructions, specifications, artwork and other information required to complete the order.

If you request a change to an accepted order, we will assess the impact on price, materials, production, delivery and installation.

Changes may result in additional charges or revised timeframes. We will advise you of material additional costs and obtain any approval required before proceeding.

If we identify an issue that materially affects the agreed scope or our ability to perform the work, we will communicate with you about the available options.

6. Pricing, Deposits and Payment

Prices, deposits, payment milestones and payment due dates will be set out in the relevant quotation or invoice, or otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Any applicable GST, delivery, installation, design, artwork, setup or other charges will be identified in the quotation or otherwise communicated before the order is finalised.

You agree to pay the amounts properly due in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

If an amount becomes overdue, we may take lawful steps to recover the outstanding amount and, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, suspend further work or delivery until payment is received.

Any interest, collection costs or other charges must be authorised by the applicable agreement and permitted by law.

Nothing in this section authorises charges that have not been properly agreed or otherwise permitted by law.

7. Artwork, Proofs and Approval

Where a project involves design, printing or signage artwork, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof or artwork before production.

Please check all relevant details, including:

- Spelling, grammar and punctuation.

- Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and website addresses.

- Logos, branding, colours and images.

- Dimensions, layout, positioning and orientation.

- Product quantities, specifications and finishes.

- Any other information included in the artwork.

Production may begin after approval is provided in the agreed form.

You are responsible for errors in information or artwork you supply or approve, subject to applicable law and any responsibility we have for our own errors.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect production or delivery timeframes.

If we are responsible for an artwork or production error, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

8. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content

You may supply logos, photographs, graphics, text, designs, brand assets and other materials for a project.

You represent that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorise us to use, the materials supplied for the agreed purpose.

You must not supply content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trade mark, privacy rights or other legal rights.

You authorise us to use, reproduce and provide your materials to our printers, manufacturers, installers and other relevant service providers to the extent reasonably necessary to complete your project.

You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the content you provide.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property, including your own logos, branding and supplied materials.

Ownership and permitted use of newly created artwork, commissioned designs, working files, source files and final deliverables will be governed by the relevant quotation or agreement and applicable law.

Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of every underlying design file, template or production asset unless agreed.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Colours, Materials and Production Variations

Printing and signage production may involve variations between colours displayed on screens, digital proofs, physical samples and finished products.

Colour appearance may be affected by screen settings, lighting, inks, materials, finishes and production methods.

Minor variations may also occur between production runs or batches.

Where exact colour matching, material specifications or tolerances are important, these requirements should be documented and agreed before production.

We will take reasonable care to supply products in accordance with the agreed specifications, subject to applicable consumer guarantees and other legal obligations.

11. Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates and installation timeframes are estimates unless a specific date or timeframe has been expressly agreed in writing.

Production and delivery may be affected by supplier availability, courier delays, weather, site access, approvals and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where installation is included in a project, you must provide accurate site information and ensure that the site is reasonably accessible and ready for the agreed work.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, property-owner approvals, landlord consents, body corporate approvals and other permissions required for the intended installation.

You must provide suitable site access, clear working areas and safe working conditions.

Additional costs may apply where site conditions, access restrictions, delays or changes to the agreed scope require additional work. We will advise you of material additional costs before undertaking that work where reasonably practicable.

We remain responsible for our own obligations under the agreed project terms and applicable law.

12. Cancellations and Order Variations

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and variation requests will be assessed in accordance with the applicable quotation or agreement, the stage of production and applicable law.

Costs may already have been incurred for design, artwork, materials, manufacturing, printing, delivery or installation. Any amount payable on cancellation or variation must be consistent with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Custom-made, printed or personalised products may not be suitable for resale or reuse following cancellation.

Nothing in this section removes any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Defective Products, Returns and Consumer Guarantees

If you believe a product or service is defective or does not comply with the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly with details of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

We will assess the matter and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Products and services supplied to consumers may be covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Certain business purchases may also qualify for consumer guarantees under that law.

Where applicable, these guarantees cannot be excluded by our website Terms, quotations or other contractual wording.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy.

A change of mind does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund where no such right is provided by law or the applicable agreement. However, this does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.

This section does not exclude or limit liability for misleading or deceptive conduct, fraud, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, applicable consumer guarantees or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For products and services supplied under a separate agreement, any limitation of liability will be subject to that agreement and applicable law.
